James and his family came from Taiwan in 1979 and settled in Sunnyvale. He attended Cupertino Jr. High and Homestead High Schools in the 1980s. After graduating from UCLA with a degree in Education Psychology, James taught ESL classes in 2nd and 3rd grades at Hollenbeck Elementary School. He received his real estate license in 1992 and became one of the youngest Realtors serving the Silicon Valley. He has received awards from Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates and Coldwell Banker.
With much enthusiasm from the education field, James maintains his humbleness when he helps his friends making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. He shares his honest opinion and advice without pressuring customers. And he believes in using a personal touch when handling every detail in analyzing, marketing, researching, and positioning clients’ real estate needs.
Most importantly, James’ low-pressure approach, combined with years of experience and always putting his clients’ best interests before his, has earned him the loyalty and trust from his clients throughout his entire career.
